Cullen Overholt

Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Health Coach
Specialty Certification in Senior Fitness
Specialty Certification in Functional Training

My name is Cullen Overholt the founder of Phenom Trainers. I have been in the fitness world my entire life. I grew up playing basketball all over and ended up playing in college. My love for training started when I was in high school. I had my own basketball trainer and from there I was addicted. In college, I often trained other athletes.

After college, I received my personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. Since I got out of college I have been doing personal training. I have switched my focus from training athletes to training adults. I absolutely love working with adults and have had great success with all age groups. Since switching I also received a specialty certification through the American Council on Exercise for Senior Fitness. I have been working in the field for a while now and I would love the opportunity to work with you and help you achieve goals that you didn’t think were possible, let’s get started!

Cassidy O’Brien

Certified Personal Trainer
Specialty Certification in Sports Performance

My passion is changing people from the inside out! The goal is to make you feel healthy physically and mentally.

After competing at the collegiate level in basketball – I suffered through 3 labrum tears resulting in 3 shoulder surgeries. This sparked my interest in the education of overtraining, having a healthy body and getting my training certification. We are given only one body and how we care for it determines our success in all walks of life.

I have relocated to the Charlotte area after living in Florida and Asheville, NC. I am excited to help those in all seasons of life achieve their goals. I will forever be a student to the fitness industry as each day brings new opportunities for growth and education.

Today is your day to get started!!

Jenene Daniels

Certified Personal Trainer

I have lived in Charlotte for over 23 years, originally from Tucson, Arizona. I have been married for about 10 years and my husband and I have two boys Micah and Dylan. After the birth of my second child, I had gained a significant amount of weight and I became super uncomfortable with my body. The desire to go to the gym was definitely not there and working out just seemed so time-consuming. The feeling of insecurity and being unhappy with my personal appearance far surpassed any excuse not to take control of my health. After about 8 months of doing nothing, I finally started to workout at home. This was convenient for me and challenged me to come up with workouts that I could do at my house without equipment. I love challenging myself to do better, that’s what I am all about, challenging each individual to reach their full potential. I am constantly looking for new ways to safely create new workout routines. My passion stems from seeing others succeed and reach their goals. One of my favorite quotes that I apply to my life is too “be stronger than your excuse”

Miles Bell

Certified Personal Trainer

I relocated to the Charlotte area in 2018 from Winston Salem, North Carolina. I grew up playing sports in school before getting involved in martial arts at the age of 17. I found my passion for fitness training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and mixed martial arts. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to train alongside a broad spectrum of people, from professional athletes and world champions to children and elderly practitioners.

After getting the opportunity to teach classes and one on one sessions myself, I decided to make fitness a career. I received my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which is one of the leading training certifications. I love sharing all the positive benefits that exercise has brought me and enjoy watching clients improve their lives through fitness.
