Awesome Trainer….I am proof

Want a new start to in health and fitness in 2017? Cullen Overholt can help make a New Years resolution a reality. I can say this because I am proof of how Cullen personally trained and guided me from 265 lbs to 225 lbs over an eight month period. During this period I not only lost weight but lost the need to use high blood pressure and acid reflux medications. My doctor was amazed how my blood work and vitals changed for the best in eight months for a 49-year-old man. I cannot fit enough compliments that I have for Cullen in this note. I just know Cullen is a professional. He tailored a workout plan to meet my specific needs and we tracked successful results weekly. I was trained three days a week in one hour sessions. Through Cullen’s motivation and encouragement I was able to do things I never thought I had in me. I was able to do more sets, with more weight and less rest. Without being accountable to Cullen, I would never had stopped my increasing weight gain and unhealthy habits. I am proud to say a year later, I am still maintaining my exact weight of 225 lbs. For Cullen, being a person trainer is not a job but his passion. He absolutely puts his whole heart and loves helping people like me. Amazing Results

I would highly recommend Cullen

Cullen was hired to help me tone up and increase my endurance. I love to run and usually get about 5 or 6 miles in before I need to stop. Since I have been doing workouts with Cullen I have increased my endurance drastically and now I can run half marathons (13.1 miles) without feeling totally exhausted. Next up looking to be able to do a marathon. I would highly recommend Cullen as he has helped me so much and couldn’t have done it without him.

Who says you can’t work out during your lunch break?

From the first meeting with Cullen I could tell that he knew what he was doing and could tell he wasn’t like the other trainers I have had in the past that didn’t work. During the assessment which was amazing and went above and beyond what I thought it was going to be he answered all my questions and assessed where I was through a screening, blood pressure and weight. I work from home and sit at a desk all day so Cullen suggested working out during my lunch hour something I had never thought of. This change and his workouts really helped me, I had more energy and felt way better after my workout and can see results. Cullen has been patient with me and helped me tremendously when others couldn’t. If you need a trainer he’s your guy!

wow did he blow me away

When I first met Cullen I was a little skeptical because he seemed young, wow did he blow me away in the assessment. In the assessment, we talked about everything from goals, exercise and health history and he answered all of my questions. After that, we did a movement screen, took my blood pressure, and weight me and got body fat percentage. He really showed his knowledge and that he is an expert in his field I have no doubts anymore. After working out with Cullen for roughly five months now I have lost roughly 20 pounds, toned up, gotten off some medications and overall just feel better. I can’t say enough good things about him and how he has helped me!
